Refund Policy

Before delivery

You can cancel any order for a full refund until it's delivered.

License keys

Once a key is delivered, the sale is final, except in these cases:

• The key doesn't activate and we can't fix it within 7 days of delivery. We refund you in full.
• You were charged twice for the same order. We refund the duplicate.

VPN plans

• If you can't connect and we can't fix it within 7 days of delivery, we refund you in full.
• EU and UK buyers who cancel within 14 days get a refund for the days they didn't use.
• If we end your plan without you being at fault, we refund the unused days.

No refunds for

• Access removed for breaking our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy.
• Problems caused by a game, platform or service you connect to, or by your own network.
• Changing your mind after delivery, except where the law gives you that right.

How refunds are paid

Payments reach us as cryptocurrency, so refunds are paid in USDC to a wallet address you give us, for the US dollar amount of your order. Fees that MoonPay or a network charged you can't be refunded. We aim to send refunds within 7 days of approving them.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please contact us before disputing a payment. We're quick to fix genuine problems. While a payment dispute or chargeback is open, we may suspend the related key or VPN plan.
