What we collect, why, and how long we keep it

We don't collect payment card, bank, PayPal, Venmo or Cash App details. The payment providers handle those.
What our VPN servers keep
Our VPN servers whitelist your home IP so only you can connect. Like most servers, they may keep short-lived technical logs (such as connection times and IPs) to keep the service running and handle abuse. We don't sell this data or use it for advertising.
Legal basis (EU and UK)
We use your data to perform our contract with you (delivering your order), to meet legal obligations (tax records), and for our legitimate interest in preventing fraud and abuse.
Who we share it with
- Payment providers (NOWPayments, MoonPay, Cash App), to process your payment. They have their own privacy policies.
- Hosting providers: OVHcloud (website and license server in the United States, VPN server in Canada) and ZAP-Hosting (VPN server in Germany).
- Our email provider, to send order emails.
- Discord, where our support team reads and answers website chat messages.
- Authorities, only when required by valid legal process.
We don't sell or rent your data, and we don't share it for advertising. Your data is stored in the United States, Canada and Germany.
Cookies, tracking and Do Not Track
Shoppers get no cookies from this site. There are no analytics, ads, trackers, or third-party scripts or embeds, and no third party can track you across sites through our site. The only cookie is the store owner's admin login, which is strictly necessary. If you use the chat box, your browser's local storage keeps a random chat ID so your conversation stays open between pages. It's only used for the chat you started, and you can clear it any time by clearing site data. Since we don't track you, browser "Do Not Track" signals don't change anything here. NOWPayments and MoonPay set their own cookies on their own sites when you pay there.
Children
Our products are for adults. We don't knowingly collect data from anyone under 13. If we learn we have, we delete it.
Security
The site uses HTTPS. Admin access is password-protected and rate-limited. Order pages can only be opened with a long random link sent to you. No system is perfectly secure, but we protect your data with reasonable measures.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, or ask us to correct or delete it. Where GDPR or UK GDPR applies, you can also object to or restrict how we use it, and complain to your local data protection authority. Email us to make a request. We may need to keep some records, such as tax records, for as long as the law requires.
Changes
If we change this policy, we'll update the effective date at the top. For important changes, we'll also put a notice on the home page.
